Engineered before a sheet is loaded.
Every order starts in Order Processing. Each cabinet on the schedule is broken into parts, cut lists and CNC programs first.

Full sheets of ¾" melamine are cut to size on the beam saw and labeled by job, unit and cabinet, so nothing mixes between buildings.
Each side is bored and grooved on the CNC: dowel holes on 96 mm centers, 32 mm shelf-pin rows, hinge-plate holes and the full-height groove the back slides into.
See it in the 3D build spec →Exposed edges are sealed in PVC: thin white on box parts, 1 mm matched to the face on doors and drawer fronts.
Stiles and rails are milled, assembled into frames and bored for the hinge cup. Slab fronts come off the CNC ready for edging.
Wood doors and drawer fronts go through our furniture finishing process on the Venjakob spray line, sprayed and cured in Somerville.
The back slides into its groove and finished doors meet their cabinets. Hinges, drawer boxes and slides go on here.
A Choice inspector checks every cabinet at the end of the line. Orders are boxed, staged by unit and loaded onto our own trucks.
Explode a B24 base in 3D. It's built from the same dimensions our CNC programs cut — every dowel, groove, hinge and slide.
